Since
1991, Carleton Construction, Ltd. has performed as general contractor
and provided related construction services for new and rehab
construction of multi-family housing communities for Carleton project
entities, and other public and private owners and developers from
across the nation. Carleton Construction is organized as a separate
entity and is a licensed general contractor in Texas, Louisiana,
Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Operations are directed by Neal
Hildebrandt, a Carleton Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Over the
company's history, Carleton Construction has completed more than 15,000
units of new and rehab multi-family construction with a dollar value
approaching $1 billion.
Carleton Construction seeks to perform
for its clients so as to eliminate the construction risks of a project
by delivering the project on time, within the quality standards
prescribed by the plans and specifications and within the cost budget.
Carleton Construction is committed to invest in client relations and
seeks long-term relationships that result in repeat business. Carleton
Construction also seeks to be of service to its suppliers and
subcontractors by providing them with complete and accurate plan sets
to bid, on time payments, and in return looks for quality job execution
on schedule and the best pricing available.
Carleton Construction seeks to be a “design build” general
contractor and will get involved in the development process at the
earliest point desired by the owner or developer.
Carleton Construction seeks to build a relationship with the
owner/developer where a final construction contract can be consummated
on a negotiated basis where the owner/developer has comfort that the
best buy-out pricing is being achieved.
